Using a fork spanner SW 7 screw the
union nuts SW 30 (3) and the screw-in fit-
tings M 7 (1) together (tightening torque
30 Nm). In doing so, alternatingly tighten
just 1– turns in each case to prevent the
threaded connection part from jamming.
Attach panels (4).
Transport radiator only in a standing position.
Install built-into-wall brackets (see Fig. 1–8)
Observe submersible radiator-wall spacing
(WA)
(see
Fig. C
).
In the event of a projection from the wall,
e.g. insulation material, the projecting
length of the built-into-wall bracket is re-
duced by the thickness of the projection (see
Fig. 4).
Prepare tools.
Drill holes. Note walling material.
Note: Brackets with lift restraints are installed
on top, outside and possibly additionally even-
ly spaced along the length.
Pre-install lift restraints.
Install built-into-wall brackets:
Note the orientation of the built-into-
wall bracket, slit to the top.
Make sure that the built-into-wall brack-
et's expansion zone is not completely
within a hollow space of the building
material used.
Align and secure the built-into-wall brackets.
Shorten panel if required and attach with
the raw edge to the wall.
Attach rosette.
For BH 1050: Install spacers (see Fig. 9–10).
Depending on the installation situation,
use spacer extensions as necessary.
Installing and securing the radiator (see
Fig. 11–13)
Place the radiator with the straps into the
brackets and align laterally.
Clamp the lift restraints over the radiator
straps.
Align radiator.
