Error while connecting to the
"Cloud Service".
The access point that is used by the camera to access the internet is off. Switch it
on.
The name of the wireless network (SSID) or the password is incorrect. Enter the
correct SSID and password.
The camera is too far from the access point. Place the camera closer to the access
point.
The information on the account that is used to access the "Cloud Service" is has
not been entered or is incorrect. Enter correct account information.
There is no access to internet or the "Cloud Service" is not available. Eliminate
the problems with the internet access and wait until the "Cloud Service" becomes
available.
If the "Cloud Service" is blocked by the firewall allow all outcoming connections or
turn it off.
