Put the ingredients in the steaming baskets. When you use all three steaming baskets, put the
food with the longest preparation time in the smallest steaming basket (1), the food with the
second-longest preparation time in the medium steaming basket (2) and the food with the
shortest preparation time in the largest steaming basket (3).

Place the steaming basket with the longest preparation time on the steamer base.

Program mode: chef program
Use this mode to prepare specific ingredients in the optimal way with predefined preparation times
and temperatures.
Note: You can only use the chef program with the bottommost steaming basket which is placed directly
on the drip tray.
Note: The preset buttons of the chef program have longer preparation times than the manual mode. This
is because their cooking temperatures are partly below 100°C for the best cooking result.

Press the chef program button (Fig. 26).

The light in the chef program button goes on and the four preset buttons light up (Fig. 27).

Press one of the four preset buttons.
- Press the fish button to prepare fish (Fig. 28).
- Press the potato button to prepare potatoes (Fig. 29).
- Press the rice button to prepare rice (Fig. 30).
- Press the vegetable button to prepare green vegetables (Fig. 31).

If necessary, you can adjust the preparation time with the timer up or down button,
depending on the amount and size of the ingredients in the steaming basket.

Press the start/stop button.

The steaming process starts and the start/stop light flashes slowly. The display alternately
shows the timer counting down and the current preparation temperature of the selected
preset button.
