USING THE WHISK
Use the whisk attachment (8) only for beating
cream, making biscuit dough or mixing ready
desserts.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that
the power plug is not inserted into the mains
socket.
•
Insert the whisk (8) into the gear (7).
•
Insert the gear (7) into the motor unit (3) until
it is fixed in the motor unit (3).
•
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
•
Immerse the whisk (8) into the bowl with
products.
•
To switch the unit on, press and hold down
the button (5) «
».
•
If you press and hold down the «TURBO» but-
ton (4), the unit will operate at maximum rota-
tion speed.
•
After you finish using the unit, take the power
plug out of the socket, disconnect the whisk
(8) from the gear (7) and disconnect the
motor unit (3), pressing the buttons (2).
Attention!
•
Do not use the whisk (8) to knead stiff
dough.
•
Products should be put into the bowl before
the unit is switched on.
USING THE MINI-CHOPPER
The mini-chopper is used to chop meat, onion,
herbs, garlic, vegetables and fruits.
Attention!
Do not chop very hard products, such as
nutmegs, coffee beans and cereals.
Before you start chopping:
•
remove bones, sinews and cartilage from
meat;
•
cut meat, onion, garlic, carrots etc. into
approximately equal pieces;
•
When chopping greens, remove stems of
herbs.
Chopping
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that
the power plug is not inserted into the power
socket.
Be careful – the knife is very sharp! Always
hold the knife by the plastic end.
•
Set the knife (10) on the axis of the chopper
bowl (9).
•
Put the food into the chopper bowl (9).
•
Install the geared lid (11) on the bowl (9).
•
Insert the motor unit (3) into the geared lid
(11) until it is fixed.
•
Select the required chopping knife rotation
speed by pressing and holding down the
«TURBO» button (4) or button (5) «
».
•
During operation hold the motor unit (3) with
one hand and the chopper bowl (9) with the
other hand.
•
After usage disconnect the motor unit (3)
from the geared lid (11) by pressing the but-
tons (2).
•
Remove the geared lid (11).
•
Carefully remove the knife (10), taking it by
the plastic end.
•
Take the chopped products out of the chop-
per bowl (9).
Attention! Strictly follow the described
sequence of operations.
CLEANING
ATTENTION! The blades of the chopping knife
(10) are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the
chopping knife (10) very carefully!
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
•
Detach the attachments.
•
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (3) and the gears (7, 11), then wipe them
dry.
•
After processing salty and sour products, the
knife (10) and blender attachment (1) must
be rinsed with water immediately.
•
When processing products with strong dye-
ing properties (for instance carrot or beet-
root) the bowls or attachments can get col-
ored, wipe the attachments or bowls with a
cloth dampened in vegetable oil.
•
Wash the attachments (1, 8), the chopper
bowl (9) and the measuring cup (12) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (3)
AND THE GEARS (7, 11) INTO ANY LIQUIDS;
DO NOT WASH THEM UNDER WATER JET OR
IN A DISHWASHING MACHINE.
STORAGE
•
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before tak-
ing it away for long storage.
•
Do not wind the power cord around the motor
unit.
•
Keep the blender set away from children in a
dry cool place.
