Use the schematics on page 60 for using the machine.
At the start of the day, unlock the STOP button to switch the machine on.
Procedure to use the machine :
For machines with oil lubrication system, press the green button
1. Pull the lever ;
2. Put your loaf on the rear tray, between the blades and the moving part ;
3. Gradually release the lever.
Adjust the pressure on the bread by holding or pushing the lever according to the kind of
bread.
At he end of the day, press the red
STOP
button to switch the machine off.
Tip :
After a few days of work have the blade tension checked by a qualified person.
Capacity :
Number of breads cut per day : 0 to 3.600 (depending on the type of bread).
