ENGLISH

• When time is out, you will hear the beep,

aerogrill shuts down, indicator (6) goes
out.

•  Unplug the power cord from the outlet,

let it cool completely and clean the bowl
(7) with a damp cloth once again.

AEROGRILL IS READY FOR COOKING.

PUTTING FOOD-STUFF IN AEROGRILL

To make optimal use of all opportunities of
aerogrill, use the tips below:
•  Before cooking food-stuff on the grates,

in order to avoid sticking of food-stuff, we
recommend to grease the grates lightly
with vegetable oil.

•  Put food-stuff on the grate, this will al-

low hot air to circulate freely around the
food-stuff, uniformly heating them, and
there is no need to turn the food. When
cooking meat or fish dishes on the grate
it lowers cholesterol contents and reduc-
es allergenic capacity of food-stuff.

•  When placing food-stuff on grates, leave

a space between the food-stuff and the
wall of the bowl (7) of at least 1.5 cm for
free circulation of air.

•  For cooking in aerogrill any utensils will

fit, except for plastic and wooden (save
wooden skewers). Place the utensils on
the grate to ensure uniform air circula-
tion. Do not put utensils on the bottom of
the bowl (7), when there is no full-scale
air circulation food-stuff may remain
raw.

COOKING

Estimated parameters of cooking time and
temperature can be found in special books
of recipes for aerogrill, but keep in mind
that the cooking time needs to be adjusted
depending on the weight, volume and qual-
ity of selected food-stuff.

SETTING THE COOKING TEMPERA-
TURE

Depending on the type of cooking the tem-
perature scale may be divided as follows:

65 ° C - 100 ° C - defrost, bowl self-clean-
ing
100 ° C - 150 ° C – food-stuff drying, lan-
guor, sterilization
150 ° C - 200 ° C – food-stuff roasting,
baking, frying
200 ° C - 250 ° C - grill

SETTING THE COOKING TIME

there are some general recommendations
for setting the cooking time:
-  Mastering the new recipe, watch the

cooking process, do not be afraid that
you set too small or large cooking time,
remember that any time you can change
the cooking time by turning the timer
(3).

-  Record the refined values of cooking

time and use them in the future.

FOOD-STUFF COOKING

•  Fit the bowl (7) into the stand (12).
• Set the grill (8 or 9) at the bottom of the

bowl (7).

•  Cover the bowl (7) with cover (1), leaving

tor (2)lights on.

perature controller (5) in the position of
